NIMS-ICS Training

O'Gara has nationally certified and experienced instructors with extensive backgrounds in emergency response and crisis/incident management, as well as "hands-on" application of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS). Most of our staff has personally served on real-world Incident Commands. O’Gara is known for its ability to customize training to suit the unique mission and capabilities of an organization; and excels at complex issues such as IC/EOC interface, Area/Unified Command, MACS (Liaison/Resource “Logistics” Management), and Interoperable Communications. We have also designed hybrid courses or entirely new courses to satisfy specific client requirements.
