Our team's professional staff members have an incredible amount of "hands-on" experience
in providing exercise and evaluation programs that are specifically tailored to train and support emergency planners and
decision-makers in crisis management situations. These programs include NIMS-ICS
Certification Training, conducting Vulnerability, Threat and Risk Assessments, and,
developing Table-Top, Functional, and Full Scale (All Hazards) HSEEP Exercises, and
Emergency Operations / Response Plans; including Continuity of Operations / Government
(COOP / COG), Emergency Operations, and Hazard Mitigation Plans.
Our staff has directly participated in the response to numerous real-world incidents
involving natural and man-made disasters including acts of terrorism and have personally
served at the Command and General Staff level on actual Incident Commands. Many have
also served as key personnel on various Federal and/or State/Local Emergency Planning
Committees throughout their careers, with some also serving as Senior Staff Members
and Response Team Leaders for multiple Emergency Management, Public Health, Fire
Rescue and Law Enforcement agencies at all levels.
We have developed and provided numerous HSEEP Exercises involving Terrorism and
Natural Disasters such as Earthquakes, Hurricanes and Pandemic Influenza; and have provided Emergency Management, Business Continuity and COOP/COG Planning and NIMS-ICS
Training for numerous clients worldwide. Our team members have also been directly
involved with Emergency Management Planning and Response (link to emergency operating,
response, and recovery planning page) duties for major Special Events including the
Super Bowl, World Series, Presidential Inauguration, Olympics, Free Trade Area of
the Americas Summit, G-8 International Summit; and many other nationally-recognized
events.
