Program Management

Our team can provide Program Management and support services for your organization in the areas of training management, curriculum development, and providing high caliber/technically qualified instructors to augment your training staff. We have been extremely successful in providing instructor support to active duty training commands.

Methodology:

Establish Proficiency:
In order to provide tailored individual and unit training, we establish the client's current level of proficiency. Determining proficiency levels is vitally important in the design of all courses, partic'larly weapons training, dynamic live fire type training and tactical mobility. Along with proficiency, physical fitness levels must be determined. Weapons training and dynamic live fire training require well planned courses which are tailored to not be too difficult or too easy. Training must be designed to the level of current proficiency and should be challenging, effective, yet safe.

Course Curriculum:
We ensure that only the most current proven tactics, techniques, procedures and recent lessons learned is in all written curriculum and courses. Upon developing a course or training program, we allow sufficient time for the client to review and provide input prior to execution. We want to ensure that curriculum and courses are designed specifically for the customer to meet the customer's requirements.

Training Methods:
We practice a "Crawl, Walk, Run" training method which we believe is the best proven system for conducting safe and effective training. This training is a standards based/stair step approach to training and can also be called Basic, Intermediate and Advanced training method. Standards serve as a benchmark or level of proficiency students strive to achieve while performing certain tasks in various conditions. Standards ensure students meet course objectives and are vital for safe and effective training. All our courses of instruction implement this method of training within its training schedules, curriculum and practical evolutions.

Realistic Scenario Based Training:
We design training to simulate as realistically as possible, the mission or possibly the worse case scenario that may occur on this mission. This includes the environment, equipment, target sites, real people as role players and Force on Force using "Simunition®". The more realistic training is, the more operators learn about their equipment, what works and what doesn't. More importantly, this is the time the team validates their tactics. When a team receives very well orchestrated realistic training that is tough and challenging, they learn more and leave with satisfaction and confidence.

High Caliber Instructors:
Current world events and conflicts continue to stretch US Military assets and manning thin. As more and more personnel are being called upon to deploy overseas, training commands find they are undermanned and require augment instructor support to accomplish their training mission. Recognizing that an organization is only as good as its people, we employ only the very best retired or honorably discharged military and LEA personnel. Each hired Training Specialist is a highly qualified SME who undergoes a challenging instructor training program prior to instructing students.
