This division was designed to focus our efforts on technical/specialized training and services in support of the Global War on Terror. From cutting edge Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) training and realistic IED training aids to Surveillance and Counter Surveillance Detection, our team of proven experts stand ready to support the needs of these specialized communities. O'Gara currently provides management and technical expertise for the U.S. Department of State, Special Operations Forces, U.S. Department of the Navy, as well as multiple Federal, State and Local customers.

Our team provides a full range of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) expertise and support to our clients with a proven track record and vast knowledge of these specialized fields. We currently provide leadership, training and equipment to over 260 United States Embassies and Consulates worldwide for the U.S. Department of State Weapons of Mass Destruction Program. Our team also provides this training and support to the Diplomatic Security Training Center (DSTC) and the Foreign Service Institute encompassing all Diplomatic Security (DS) agents and other organizations assigned to a diplomatic mission. To date approximately 50,000 U.S. Department of State employees have been trained and protected by O'Gara subject matter professionals.

Our expertise in the EOD arena is unsurpassed. At EOD Training and Evaluation Unit TWO, FT. Story Virginia, we currently provide advanced training in multiple aspects of Explosive Ordnance Disposal for all East Coast Navy EOD personnel preparing to deploy into hostile theaters of operation. This high level training provides the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully and safely perform the high risks missions assigned. We design and assemble current, real world IED training devices which are fully functional and monitored. Our "exact replica" devices are currently used by countless organizations. Our team of experts pioneered the development and deployment of the Precision Targeting and Decision Methodologies course. This course enables any EOD/Bomb squad technician to target and disable components with pin point accuracy 12 feet from suspect device utilizing tools and equipment they already have.

O'Gara is the industry leader in providing Surveillance Detection and Counter Surveillance Detection methodologies and training. Our SD and CSD courses are tailored to meet our customer's specific needs in this important field. From SOF operators to employees working in an overseas environment, O'Gara subject matter experts have the real world experience and know how to design and deploy a SD/CSD training program or augment your existing program. Our use of trained SD/CSD role players will further enhance the training experience and emphasize the importance of deploying sound and proven SD/CSD techniques.

Due to our experience and knowledge of these highly specialized disciplines, O'Gara TSD has been called on to conduct hundreds of vital risk assessments at facilities ranging from hospitals, water treatment plants, schools and United States Embassies.
