Tactical Operations Our Tactical Operations Team provides comprehensive anti-terrorism, force protection, and specialized tactical training for the military, federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Our team employs current proven tactics, techniques, and procedures during both static and realistic training scenarios. Our instructors are former U.S. Navy SEALS and former military subject matter experts from unique disciplines. We offer tactical training that can be tailored to your precise needs as well as multiple pre-developed courses.
Technical Services O'Gara has a cadre of seasoned professionals from the EOD, WMD, and CBRNE arena providing cutting edge training. The team offers a unique proven methodology for IED Defeat which includes developing operational training aids to replicate current devices found in theater. O'Gara builds detailed training environments including Mobile HME/Clandestine Labs, and entire Middle Eastern Villages. This branch also provides ongoing support to the U.S. Department of State through the WMD and Surveillance Detection program.
Preparedness & Response By combining experts with backgrounds in Emergency Management, Public Health, Fire Rescue, and Federal Law Enforcement we have direct experience in responding to incidents involving natural disasters as well as acts of terrorism. We are experts in the field of Emergency Plan Development, Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), as well as exercise design, delivery and training related to incident management. We are currently providing National Incident Management Training (NIMS-ICS) in several states.
