Threat and Vulnerability Assessments serve as the fundamental building blocks used to develop the necessary planning, training, and exercise programs required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Our staff members have conducted hundreds of terrorism assessments and all-hazard threat and vulnerability assessments for clients around the world. O'Gara has performed hundreds of security assessments for hospitals, schools, government facilities, water systems, and over 240 embassies and consulates around the globe.

Our security experts are some of the most qualified individuals in the world with experience ranging from former U.S. Department of State, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Defense and the Secret Service.

Critical Infrastructure Protection

Our full-time staff also has an unmatched depth of expertise in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (C.B.R.N.E.) arena, and includes subject matter experts formerly with the F.B.I., U.S. Department of State, Defense Intelligence Agency, B.A.T.F. and U.S. Military.
